Spacers
Bolts can be a vulnerable connection when absorbing heavy shocks. PEGA boat trailers are therefore – on crucial points – equipped with buses around the bolts. A safe idea while transporting your boat !

Strengthend angles
Bended angles in hollow sections are vulnerable in case of overloading and collisions. Therefore the profiles are not bend, but welded and also suited with extra reinforcing plates on the angle connections.

Underframe
By using an extra underframe, the known stiffness of a PEGA boat trailer is being realised. The forceregulation by using the underframe, makes sure that a better road handling as well as a longer durability is achieved.
